TRANSPORT
There is a public bus service. You will find a bus stop in front of the Resort and for a few pesos you will be able to go from Tulum to Playa del Carmen. The bus runs every 15 minutes until 11:00 pm (This service does not belong to the hotel).

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 12:00. Reception is open 24 hrs.

RESTAURANTS
Can I book dinner à la carte before arrival? How many à la carte dinners do I have?
The a la carte dinners can be booked through our application in the Gastronomy section, upon arrival at the hotel. In case of any incidents, your concierge can support you in that process. At Grand Sirens Riviera Maya Resort you have unlimited a la carte dinners included, subject to availability and with prior reservation.

ROOMS
Can I request a room with a sea view? Can I request that my rooms are close together?
We try to accommodate our clients based on the type of room selected at the time of reservation. You can email the hotel with your requests and needs including the details of your reservation. Our Reception staff will do everything possible to satisfy your wishes based on availability at the time and without guarantee of confirmation before arrival. In addition, we’ll inform you if there’s any additional charge. You can also enquire about the types of rooms available and the cost, in the event of wanting to request an upgrade.
Is it necessary to notify the hotel to reserve a cot? Does it have an additional cost?
If you are traveling with a baby under 2 years of age, the cot will be available under request upon your arrival or previously if notified in your reservation. This service is without extra cost.
Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, all the public areas of the complex are adapted and the hotel has adapted rooms available. Subject to availability.

What amenities does the hotel offer for birthdays and anniversary trips?
We have the celebration package available for birthdays, for an additional charge, which includes decorating either the room or themed restaurant plus a birthday cake.
